Fat Fook Manila opens their 6th branch at the Ayala North Exchange Makati

Nakapag-Taiwan ka na ba? As Taiwanese cuisine gains more popularity for us Filipinos, FAT FOOK MANILA is opening more doors to Filipinos for us to try and explore the Taiwanese cuisine. Happy to be part of the opening of their 6th branch at the AYALA NORTH EXCHANGE! Now, the people of this Makati CBD can enjoy the sweet-salty trademark of Taiwanese cuisine as Fat Fook keeps their recipes authentic and does not adjust them to suit the Filipino palate.Now for our F.A.B. review!


Pork Xiao Long Bao – yummy soup dumplings that give you that exyraordinary sensation when popping it inside your mouth. How do you eat your XLB?Spicy Wanton – meaty and a little spicy for those adventurous guysWest Lake Soup – love it because of the soup’s texture and the egg making it a hearty soupSatay Beef Fried Noodles – the noodles are so tasty plus the tender meat, perfect for those looking for a filling meriendaChicken Chops – flavorful bite-size pieces of chicken but I prefer the spicy ones, hope they come out wit a spicy versionTaiwan Style fried rice – yummy! I could eat it without any viandBeef Tendon Hotpot – tender pieces of collagen (litid) with a spicy hint. Needs a little more seasoning but you can add salt & pepper to tasteMama O’s Pata Tim – who is Mama O? never got the chance to ask that. These are tender pieces of pork knuckles with that sweet savory sauce that you use as fillings for that inviting Cuapao breadTikoy Sticks – though not in season, this is a totally lovable and simple dessert. Love the mix of the sweet cream or milk with that sticky tikoy giving you that nice finish to your satisfying mealTaro Milk Tea – they are really on top of the milk tea game with this one! I love their other flavors too! Try the Dark Chocolate and the hazelnut too!


No qualms, simple dining seating areas just made for good conversations and eating Taiwanese food and enjoying it with your friends and family members. Eye-catching wall decorations adorned by their signature blue porcelain-like dishes, soup bowls that give it the extraordinary look and feels that you cannot find in any other restaurant.
